A PAIR OF LIMESTONE COUNTY MEN ARE BEHIND BARS AFTER AUTHORITIES DISCOVERED STOLEN ITEMS AND DRUGS DURING A SEARCH OF A PAIR OF PROPERTIES LAST WEEK.  REPORTS FROM THE LIMESTONE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT INDICATE THAT AN INVESTIGATION INTO AN AUGUST 17TH BURGLARY LEAD OFFICERS TO SEARCH A PEPPER FARM LANE RESIDENCE AND FOUND A HOST OF STOLEN ITEMS INCLUDING A FORD PICK-UP, A POLARIS RANGER, POWER AND YARD TOOLS, THREE FOUR-WHEELERS, A LAWN MOWER, A FIREARM, AND THREE TRAILERS.  DURING THE SEARCH OF THE PROPERTY DOCUMENTS WERE FOUND THAT SENT OFFICERS TO A SLATE ROAD PROPERTY WERE MORE ALLEGED STOLEN MERCHANDISE WAS FOUND THAT INCLUDED A CHEVROLET PICK-UP, ONE RIFLE, UTILITY TRAILERS, AN INDUSTRIAL GENERATOR, CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT, AND MORE.  OFFICERS BELIEVE THE COMBINED VALUE OF THE RECOVERED PROPERTY IS OVER 150,000 DOLLARS AND ORIGINATED FROM CRIMES IN THREE STATES.  DURING THE SEARCH OF THE PEPPER FARM LANE PROPERTY, OFFICERS DISCOVERED A LARGE AMOUNT OF MARIJUANA AND SOME METH AND PLACED 34 YEAR OLD HOMERO CORONA AND 38 YEAR OLD NICKIE GENE HAGGERMAKER INTO CUSTODY.  CORONA IS CHARGED WITH DRUG TRAFFICKING, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.  HAGGERMAKER FACES CHARGES OF FIRST DEGREE ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.  BOTH MEN WERE BOOKED INTO THE LIMESTONE COUNTY JAIL.
