A REQUEST FOR A MENTAL EVALUATION HAS DELAYED A CAPITAL MURDER TRIAL IN COLBERT COUNTY.  ACCORDING TO THE TIMES DAILY, THE TRIAL WAS SET TO BEGIN TODAY.  ERICA FOX, 36, OF MUSCLE SHOALS, WHO WAS MARRIED AT THE TIME, IS ACCUSED OF WORKING WITH HER BOYFRIEND, IN KILLING HER HUSBAND FOR INSURANCE MONEY.  

JASON FOX, 40, WAS FOUND DEAD INSIDE THE DOORWAY OF HIS HOME LAST AUGUST.  FOX IS ACCUSED OF ENLISTING, RONNIE CREDILLE, 39, OF FLORENCE, TO SHOOT HER HUSBAND.  SHE IS ACCUSED OF ARRANGING TO MEET WITH HER HUSBAND AT THEIR HOUSE FOR LUNCH AND IS ACCUSED OF TELLING CREDILLE WHERE THE WEAPONS WOULD BE.  CREDILLE, WAS INDICTED IN JANUARY ON CAPITAL MURDER CHARGES, AND HIS BROTHER JEREMY CREDILLE, 32, OF FLORENCE WAS ALSO INDICTED IN JANUARY ON HIS INVOLVEMENT IN DRIVING HIS BROTHER TO THE RESIDENCE AND HELPING HIM LEAVE THE SCENE AFTER.  NO TRIAL DATES HAVE BEEN SET AT THIS TIME.  ALL THREE REMAIN IN JAIL.
