THE MAN ACCUSED OF MURDERING, FORMER LORETTO NATIVE, TIFFANY FERGUSON, IS EXPECTED TO FACE A JUDGE TODAY.

ACCORDING TO MEDIA, CHRISTOPHER MCLAWHORN, CHARGED WITH BURGLARY AND FIRST DEGREE MURDER OF THE 23 YEAR OLD NURSE BACK IN FEBRUARY, COULD FACE LIFE IN PRISON IF FOUND GUILTY.

DETECTIVES BELIEVE THAT MCLAWHORN WAS LOOKING TO BURGLARIZE HOMES AND CARS WHEN HE FOUND HIS WAY INSIDE FERGUSON'S UNLOCKED APARTMENT AND WAS POSSIBLY STARTLED BY THE FORMER U-N-A STUDENT.

THE VIDEO ARRAIGNMENT FOR MCLAWHORN WAS SCHEDULED FOR THIS MORNING. NO UPDATES AT THIS TIME.
