COLUMBIA DETECTIVES ARE CONTINUING THE SEARCH FOR A LEWIS COUNTY MAN INVOLVED AN IN ARMED ROBBERY THAT OCCURRED SUNDAY MORNING.

AS REPORTED EARLIER THIS WEEK, COLUMBIA POLICE RESPONDED TO THE EXTENDED STAY SUITES ON NASHVILLE HIGHWAY AT APPROX 6:30 ON SUNDAY MORNING REGARDING AN ARMED ROBBERY.  BRYAN W. PRINCE, 47, OF LEWIS COUNTY, ENTERED A COUPLE'S ROOM, HELD THEM AT GUNPOINT AND ROBBED THEM.  HE THEN FLED THE SCENE IN A WHITE KIA SUV DRIVEN BY A HEAVY SET WHITE MALE.

ACCORDING TO MEDIA, PRINCE HAS PREVIOUS FEDERAL CHARGES, IS CURRENTLY WANTED BY THE US MARSHALL'S OFFICE, AND HAS ACTIVE FUGITIVE WARRANTS FOR HIS ARREST OUT OF MAURY COUNTY.

PRINCE IS A WHITE MALE APPROX 6 FOOT, 220 POUNDS, WITH BROWN HAIR AND GREEN EYES.
AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
