LAWRENCEBURG POLICE RESPONDED TO THE CROCKETT MOTEL SEVERAL TIMES SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY MORNING TO REPORTS CALLED IN BY THE SAME COMPLAINANT.

ACCORDING TO REPORTS, OFFICERS FIRST RESPONDED JUST BEFORE 7 O'CLOCK SATURDAY EVENING WHEN, LUCAS CALEB MARTIN, 39, OF ETHRIDGE, CALLED IN A COMPLAINT OF A GOLD JEEP WITH MULTIPLE OCCUPANTS AND A SUBJECT THAT DISPLAYED A WEAPON FROM A BACKPACK. MARTIN CALLED AGAIN AROUND 2:30 IN THE MORNING, ADVISING 911, THAT A SUBJECT WAS KICKING HIS DOOR IN AND THAT SOMEONE WAS LOOKING IN THROUGH THE PEEP HOLE. OFFICERS RESPONDED BUT NOTHING WAS FOUND, NOR ANY EVIDENCE OF SOMEONE KICKING AT THE DOOR. OFFICERS REMAINED IN THE AREA WHEN THE THIRD AND FOURTH CALL CAME IN ADVISING SOMEONE WAS HOOKING A CHAIN TO THE DOOR IN AN ATTEMPT TO OPEN IT. OFFICERS WERE IN SIGHT OF THE DOOR WHEN THE LAST CALL CAME IN AT APPROXIMATELY 4:30 SUNDAY MORNING. OFFICERS RESPONDED AND PLACED MARTIN UNDER ARREST FOR MISUSE OF 911.

MARTIN IS SET TO APPEAR IN COURT ON OCTOBER 6TH.
