TAD CUMMINS REMAINS IN JAIL AFTER A FEDERAL JUDGE DENIES MOTION TO BE RELEASED.  ACCORDING TO MEDIA REPORTS, CUMMINS, WHO HAS BEEN IN CUSTODY SINCE LATE APRIL FOR THE ALLEGED KIDNAPPING OF A FORMER STUDENT, FILED A MOTION EARLIER THIS MONTH TO BE RELEASE DUE TO THE EXTENDED DRIVE HIS ATTORNEY HAD TO MAKE TO VISIT HIM. COURT DOCUMENTS INDICATE THE MOTION WAS DENIED BECAUSE IT WAS IT WAS UNCLEAR WHETHER CUMMINS INTENDED TO PROCEED WITH THE MOTION SINCE IT WAS FILED PRIOR TO CUMMINS OBTAINING A NEW ATTORNEY. CUMMINS ALSO CITED THAT THE JAIL DENIED HIM AND HIS ATTORNEY TO MEET PRIVATELY. A THIRD MOTION HAS BEEN FILED BY HIS NEW ATTORNEY.
