THE COLUMBIA STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOUNDATION ANNOUNCED TUESDAY THAT CLINT EVERS, A LAWRENCE COUNTY NATIVE AND COLUMBIA STATE ALUMNUS, IS ONE OF IT'S NEWEST BOARD MEMBERS.

EVERS, WHO IS A MEMBER OF THE LAWRENCE COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, THE LAWRENCE COUNTY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE LAWRENCE COUNTY HISTORIC ZONING COMMISSION, IS A STRONG SUPPORTER OF COLUMBIA STATE AND IS VERY EXCITED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY AND TO BE A PART OF THE EFFORTS TO BUILD A NEW LAWRENCE COUNTY CAMPUS.

COLUMBIA STATE FOUNDATION BOARD MEMBERS SERVE THREE YEAR TERMS AND REPRESENT LEADERS FROM ACROSS THE NINE COUNTY SERVICE AREA.

IN ADDITION TO EVERS, FOUR MAURY COUNTY RESIDENTS WERE WELCOMED TO THE BOARD: DARLENE BAXTER, STEPHEN HUGHES, CAROL AIKEN AND JIM ROBINSON.
