ON SEPTEMBER 16TH, LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO HELP BRING CLEAN WATER TO THE PEOPLE OF HAITI WITH THE FOURTH ANNUAL WALK 4 WATER.

PARTICIPANTS WILL WALK FOUR MILES BEGINNING AT 9 AT ROTARY PARK TO SYMBOLIZE THE DISTANCE THAT MANY THROUGHOUT THE WORLD MUST TRAVEL FOR WATER.

ALL OF THE MONEY RAISED IN THE WALK GOES TOWARD BUILDING WELLS IN HAITI, THE LOCATION ORGANIZERS FEEL IS EASILY VISITED TO ENSURE THE WELLS ARE MAINTAINED.
