A SPRING HILL MAN HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH KIDNAPPING AND DOMESTIC ASSAULT FOLLOWING A LOW SPEED PURSUIT MONDAY NIGHT. ACCORDING TO THE DAILY HERALD, SPRING HILL POLICE WERE NOTIFIED OF A WHITE VEHICLE OCCUPIED BY A MALE AND FEMALE HEADING TOWARDS THE CITY LIMITS IN WHICH THE SUBJECTS OF THE VEHICLE HAD POSSIBLY BEEN INVOLVED IN AN ASSAULT IN COLUMBIA. OFFICERS LOCATED THE VEHICLE ON HIGHWAY 31 NEAR SATURN AND ATTEMPTED TO INITIATE A TRAFFIC STOP. THE MALE SUBJECT, LAZAVRIC PRINCE, 37, WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST AND FACES TWO CHARGES OUT OF COLUMBIA AS WELL AS EVADING ARREST AND DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE OUT OF SPRING HILL.
