TWO MEN ACCUSED OF TRAVELING ALL OVER TENNESSEE MAKING DECEPTIVE TRANSACTIONS WERE REPORTED IN LAWRENCEBURG AT A LOCAL AUTO PARTS STORE THIS WEEKEND. ACCORDING TO REPORTS OFFICERS WITH THE LAWRENCEBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT RESPONDED ON SUNDAY JUST AFTER THE TWO SUSPECTS HAD LEFT. THE COMPLAINANT ADVISED THE MEN HAD RETURNED ITEMS FROM A NASHVILLE STORE WITH A SUSPECTED FRAUDULENT RECEIPT. THE STORE HAD MAKE CONTACT WITH THE STORE ALONG WITH THE REGIONAL MANAGER WHO WAS AWARE OF THE INDIVIDUALS. THE SUSPECT VEHICLE WAS A BLUE MONTE CARLO WITH ORANGE STRIPES AND GEORGIA PLATES. TOTAL ESTIMATED LOSS 14 HUNDRED DOLLARS.
