A CASE INVOLVING A LAWRENCE COUNTY MAN IS UP FOR REVIEW MONDAY IN GILES COUNTY CRIMINAL COURT. KYLE DAVIS, 40, OF ST. JOSEPH WAS ARRESTED IN JULY 2019 FOLLOWING A WELFARE CHECK ON AGNEW ROAD IN GILES COUNTY WHEN APPROXIMATELY 91.6 GRAMS OF METHAMPHETAMINE WAS SEIZED. DAVIS FACES VARIOUS CHARGES INCLUDING POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE FOR RESALE, POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE IV DRUGS, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, POSSESSION OF PROHIBITED WEAPONS, POSSESSION OF A FIREARM IN THE COMMISSION OF A DANGEROUS FELONY, THEFT OF PROPERTY AND SIMPLE POSSESSION / CASUAL EXCHANGE. DAVIS IS CURRENTLY BEING HELD IN THE LAWRENCE COUNTY JAIL ON ADDITIONAL UNRELATED DRUG CHARGES.
