LAWRENCE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT OFFICIALS HAVE ANNOUNCED GUIDELINES FOR INDIVIDUALS SCHEDULED TO RECEIVE COVID-19 VACCINATIONS AT LAWRENCEBURG FIRE STATION 2.  CLINICS ARE CURRENTLY SCHEDULED AT STATION 2 ON MONDAY, MARCH 1 (TODAY)AND WEDNESDAY MARCH 3.  ADDITIONAL CLINICS WILL BE SCHEDULED AS VACCINE SUPPLIES PERMIT. VACCINATIONS ARE ADMINISTERED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  VACCINATIONS ARE ADMINISTERED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, VISIT COVID19.TN.GOV/VACCINE_PHASE/LAWRENCE-COUNTY/ OR CALL (866) 442-5301.  USE OF THE ON-LINE LINK IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. AS PART OF THE SCHEDULING PROCESS, YOU WILL RECEIVE A QR CODE CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT.  PLEASE PRINT A HARD COPY OR HAVE THIS AVAILABLE ON YOUR SMART PHONE WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE VACCINATION SITE.  THIS WILL SPEED UP THE CHECK IN AND VACCINATION PROCESS. ON VACCINATION DAYS, SPRINGER ROAD IN FRONT OF LFD STATION 2 WILL BE CLOSED 30 MINUTES BEFORE UNTIL 30 MINUTES AFTER THE CLINIC.  TAKE WEAKLEY CREEK ROAD TO BOBBY BREWER PARK AND PROCEED THROUGH THE PARK TO BEUERLEIN STREET.  LINE UP AT STATION 2 FACING WEST ON BEUERLEIN STREET. IN ORDER TO KEEP WAIT TIMES FOR EVERYONE AS SHORT AS POSSIBLE, PATIENTS ARE REQUESTED TO ARRIVE NO SOONER THAN A FEW MINUTES BEFORE THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.  AS NOTED ABOVE, PLEASE HAVE YOUR QR CODE AVAILABLE FOR SCANNING BY HEALTH DEPARTMENT WORKERS.
