A SUMMERTOWN MAN PLEAD GUILTY TUESDAY HALTING HIS JURY TRIAL IN LAWRENCE COUNTY. SABASTIAN ARZADON, 23, ENTERED PLEAS TO THE MURDERS OF 28-YEAR-OLD BENJAMIN CUNNINGHAM AND 38-YEAR-OLD CORIE WILLIAMS, BOTH OF LAWRENCEBURG, WHICH OCCURRED IN LATE MAY OF 2020. THE JURY TRIAL BEGAN MONDAY AND THE STATE BEGAN PRESENTING ITS PROOF TUESDAY, WHEN THEY WERE NOTIFIED BY ARZADON'S ATTORNEYS THAT THE WANTED TO ENTER PLEAS. AFTER DISCUSSIONS BETWEEN THE DEFENSE AND PROSECUTION, ARZADON ENTERED A PLEA OF GUILTY TO BOTH COUNTS OF FIRST DEGREE MURDER.  HE RECEIVED ONE SENTENCE OF LIFE WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF PAROLE AND ONE SENTENCE OF LIFE WITH THE POSSIBLITY OF PAROLE.
