AN ARREST WARRANT RESULTED IN DRUG CHARGES OVER THE WEEKEND IN LAWRENCE COUNTY.  ACCORDING TO REPORTS, DEPUTIES WITH THE LAWRENCE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT RESPONDED TO PINE CIRCLE FRIDAY TO SERVE AN ARREST WARRANT ON 28 YEAR OLD LUCUS KELLEY.  WHILE AT THE RESIDENCE SEVERAL ITEMS OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA WAS OBSERVED AND NARCOTIC INVESTIGATORS WERE CALLED TO THE LOCATION AFTER A SEARCH WARRANT WAS OBTAINED.  THE SEARCH OF THE PROPERTY YIELDED NUMEROUS ITEMS OF PARAPHERNALIA INCLUDING SYRINGES, SCALES, GLASS PIPES, BAGGIES AND EMPTY PRESCRIPTION BOTTLES.  KELLEY WAS ARRESTED AND FACES CHARGES OF FAILURE OF TO APPEAR AS WELL AS POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.  MONIQUE HARRISON, 38, WAS ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND RELEASED ON SUNDAY.
