A LAWRENCE COUNTY WOMAN WAS ARRESTED MONDAY AFTER INDICTMENTS WERE HANDED DOWN BY THE LAWRENCE COUNTY GRAND JURY LAST WEEK.  55 YEAR OLD LYNDA FRANCIS BOYD WAS INDICTED ON FIVE CHARGES INCLUDING VEHICULAR HOMICIDE DRIVER INTOXICATION, VEHICULAR HOMICIDE BY RECKLESSNESS, AGGRAVATED ASSAULT AND VEHICULAR ASSAULT.  THE CHARGES STEM FROM AN INCIDENT THAT OCCURRED IN AUGUST 2018 WHICH RESULTED IN THE DEATH OF JONAS O. MAST.  MAST AND FOUR OTHERS WERE TRAVELING ON HIGHWAY 43 SOUTH NEAR STORY AND LEE FURNITURE WHEN THE AMISH BUGGY THEY WERE TRAVELING IN WAS HIT BY A VEHICLE DRIVEN BY BOYD.  BOYD'S BOND IS SET AT 900 THOUSAND DOLLARS. THE CRASH IS BEING INVESTIGATED BY THE LAWRENCEBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT.
