A traffic stop Monday night resulted in the arrest of an two Elkmont, Alabama men.
Tennessee Highway Patrol Trooper Cameron Chatman initiated a traffic stop after 8 p.m. and charged Christopher Lawrence Whitaker, 29, with Manufacture, Delivery, Sale or Possession of Meth, and Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
Whitaker remains in the Giles County Jail on bonds totaling $151,000.
He is to appear in General Session Court on September 19th at 8 a.m.
James Nicolas Hickman, 28, was also arrested and booked on a Prohibited Weapons charge.
Giles County Sheriff's Department arrested Jonathan Henderson Pitts, 27, of Shelbyville.
He is being held without bond on charges of Failure to Appear, Harassment, simple possession, and Driving on revoked license.
Pitts is scheduled to appear in court on September 19th at 8:30 a.m.
