A Pulaski man faces attempted first degree murder charges after being arrested Saturday by the Pulaski Police Department.
Frank James Randolph, 66 years old, remains in the Giles County Jail without bond after being charged with Attempted First Degree Murder.
Pulaski Police Department responded to Southern Tennessee Regional Hospital (STNRH) in reference to a person being shot shortly after 4 PM on Saturday afternoon.
It was learned through the investigation Kelvin Randolph, age 49, had been shot by Frank James Randolph, both of Pulaski.
Kelvin Randolph was air lifted to Vanderbilt Medical Center where he underwent surgery and is listed in critical condition.
Further investigation led to the arrest of Frank James Randolph for Attempted First Degree Murder.
Sgt. Kenneth Bass led the investigation and was assisted by members of the Pulaski Police Department.
