Giles County remained at 50 patients Wednesday who have tested positive for COVID-19.
Twenty-one of those confirmed cases has now recovered.
In Wednesday's update, negative tests increased to 1,995, up from 1,906.
One fatality has been reported for Giles County.
Test results in Tennessee counties contiguous to Giles are: Lawrence increased to 133 positive, 2,854 negative, 63 recovered, five fatalities; Lincoln has 59 positive, 2,103 negative, 41 recovered; Marshall with 73 positive, 1,759 negative, 43 recovered, one fatality; and Maury County rose to 297 positive, 5,004 negative, 167 recovered, three fatalities.
As of 2 p.m. Wednesday, Tennessee has reported 45,315 total cases, 764,905 negative tests, 609 fatalities, and 28,283 recovered.
