Giles County increased to 80 patients Thursday who have tested positive for COVID-19.
Thirty of those confirmed cases have since recovered.
Test results in surrounding counties are: Lawrence rose to 202 positive, 3,403 negative, 88 recovered, six fatalities; Lincoln has 80 positive, 2,522 negative, 48 recovered; Marshall increased to 104 positive, 2,191 negative, 48 recovered, two fatalities; and Maury has 420 positive, 5,945 negative, 245 recovered, three fatalities.
In Thursday's update, negative tests rose to 2,456, up from 2,419 and one fatality has been reported in Giles County.
As of 2 p.m. Thursday, Tennessee has reported 57,591 total cases, 905,208 negative tests, 710 fatalities and 33,609 recovered.
