As of Tuesday, Giles County increased to 131 patients who have tested positive for COVID-19.
Reports show that 40 of those confirmed cases have now recovered.
In Giles County, negative tests rose to 2,785, up from 2,720 and one fatality has been reported.
Test results in surrounding counties are: Lawrence increasing to 259 positive, 3,899 negative, 103 recovered, six fatalities; Lincoln with 106 positive, 2,736 negative, 53 recovered; Marshall has 132 positive, 2,531 negative, 70 recovered, two fatalities; and Maury with 513 positive, 6,680 negative, 276 recovered, three fatalities.
Tennessee reported 66,788 total cases on Tuesday, 993,647 negative tests, 767 fatalities, and 38,272 recovered.
