The Tennessee Highway Patrol has confirmed that a counterfeit presentation to the Grand Jury has been delayed until August 12th.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, the decision was made by the District Attorney.
Local troopers assisted members of Tennessee Highway Patrol's CID division that netted thousands of dollars worth of counterfeit named brand items like Nike, Yeti Under Amour, and Louis Vuitton at a raid during the Bridgeforth Christmas Bizarre last year.
The THP says the items seized were valued at approximately $322,000.
The raid was conducted at the Christmas bizarre was focused on a Pulaski business by the name of Scout & Company Design.
According to authorities, multiple search warrants were executed in the investigation.
No arrest has been made and the investigation remains open.
