A traffic stop Friday resulted in the arrest of a Gatlinburg man.
According to reports, Tennessee Highway Trooper initiated a traffic stop just after 6 p.m. and charged the driver, Roscoe Gideon Cophenhaven, age 44, with Schedule 2 Drug Violation and Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
He was booked in the Giles County jail and bond was set at $21,000.
Cophenhaven is to appear in General Session Court on September 22nd at 8:30 a.m.
Giles County Sheriff's Department arrested and charged Michael Joseph Stinnett, age 38, of Culleoka with Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Violation of Order of Protection, and Aggravated Criminal Trespass.
Stinnett is being held in the Giles County Jail under a $4,000 bond and the court date was set October 6th.
The Pulaski Police Department arrested Jessy D. Morales, age 43, of Summertown and charged him with Manufactured, Delivery, Sale, or Possession of Methamphetamines.
Morales will appear in General Sessions Court on October 6th at 8:30 a.m.
He is in jail under a $3500 bond.
