Giles County remained at 1,300 patients who have tested positive for COVID-19, and 1,102 are now considered inactive or recovered.
Forty fatalities have now been reported with 158 active case count.
In Thursday's update, negative tests rose to 13,695, up from 13,667.
Fifty-seven Giles County residents have been hospitalized since May 9.
Test results in Tennessee counties contiguous to Giles are: Lawrence with 2,399 positive, 17,039 negative, 1,992 inactive, 31 fatalities; Lincoln has 1,337 positive, 10,855 negative, 1,123 inactive, 11 fatalities; Marshall rose to 1,561 positive, 14,043 negative, 1,347 inactive, 17 fatalities; and Maury has 5,226 positive, 42,893 negative, 4,313 inactive, 52 fatalities.
As of 2 p.m. Thursday, Tennessee has reported 328,088 total cases, 3,833,872 negative tests, 4,128 fatalities and 283,785 inactive or recovered.
