Emergency services were affected, in Giles, Lawrence, Marshall, Lewis, and Maury counties due to the weekend bombing in Nashville.
For emergency services in Lawrence County, dial (931) 762-2523, if calling 911 does not work, however, the local emergency management office said its 911 lines were again up and running on Monday afternoon.
In Giles County, residents have been told to dial (931) 363-0911 to speak with the county’s dispatchers.
Reports today (Tuesday) was that 911 Communications lines for Maury County are functioning as normal. They may experience some outages due to the AT&T work that is continuing in and around Nashville but will continue to monitor the alternate contact numbers.

Marshall County residents are encouraged to call (931) 359-6122 option 0 or (931) 359-4044 option 3 for police, fire, EMS or the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department. The numbers are in effect until further notice.
