AAA’S NEWEST GAS PRICE REPORT SHOWS INCREASES AT THE PUMP FOR TENNESSEANS AS THE SUMMER DRIVING SEASON BEGINS. WITH OUR NEW STATEWIDE GAS PRICE AVERAGE REACHING $2.82 CENTS PER GALLON, TENNESSEE SAW THE THIRD HIGHEST INCREASES AT THE PUMP IN THE NATION WITH A 17 CENT INCREASE THIS WEEK, BEHIND ONLY OHIO WITH A 21 CENT INCREASE AND COLORADO WITH A 19 CENT INCREASE. THE NATIONAL GAS PRICE AVERAGE IS $3.07 AND EXPERTS EXPECT PRICES TO CONTINUE TO FLUCTUATE IF CRUDE PRICES REMAIN HIGH.
