Ronnie Dean Lunn, age 76, resident of Lynnville, died Friday at his residence.
A private graveside service for Mr. Lunn will be held in Kinnard Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
He was born in Maury County and worked as a lineman for Bell South for 34 years. He was a founding member of the Maury County Gun Club and an active member and elder at the Mt. Lebanon Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Glenda South Lunn of Lynnville, TN; son Gregory Penn Lunn and wife Trenia Shon of Rogersville, AL; Sisters Frankie Pilkinton and husband Stan of Columbia, Vera Sue Riley and Husband Ronnie of Columbia; 3 grandchildren; Khandi Lee Ann Owens, Trenton Curry Penn Lunn, Carson Gray Eli Lunn, 3 great grandchildren; Landon Gage Haley, Cohen Nash Eli Lunn, and Avett south Owens, several nieces and nephews and special friend Trent Payne.
The family would like to express a special thanks to Mr. Lunn's caregiver Betty Hurd Thompson for all the love and care she has shown him during his illness.
Active pallbearers will be Roy Boyd, Steve Rice, Jerry Prince, Trent Prince, Bob Terry , Trent Payne, Mickey Fitzgerald, and Harry Lunn.
