Mr. Jones Arthur (Pete) Perry of Pulaski was the beloved husband and father to Brenda Cross Perry and Sean Perry, who will truly be missed by all who loved and knew him. He was born on January 11, 1954 in Fayetteville, Tennessee. He departed this life on November 1, 2020 at Southern Regional Hospital in Pulaski, Tennessee with his loving and devoted wife by his side.
Pete accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age and re-dedicated his life to Christ, under the late Pastor Tremaine Perry at Antioch Baptist Church. Pete attended church faithfully and loved the Lord.
Pete was employed with Clayton Homes and Oakwood Homes for over 20+ years. He graduated from Bodenham School. He loved his family and was an excellent husband and father. He enjoyed working on cars, racing cars and watching sports. Pete always had a smile on his face and willing to help anyone in need.
Pete Perry was preceded in death by his parents, David and Annabelle Perry, daughter, Trinette Gilbert, 3 brothers, William, James Roberts and Wallace Perry and several nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles.
Pete Perry smiling face, his loving spirit and laughter will be missed by all who loved and knew him. He will be remembered by his loving wife of 36 years, Brenda Cross Perry, son, Sean Perry, son-in-law, Titus Gilbert, special children, Carshina Brown, Emmanuel Garrett, DaKorbian Bellefant, Kameria Ballentine, sisters, Georgia Perry, Louann Black, Clara Hicks, sister in laws, Bobbie Neal Perry, Jean (George) Perry, brother in law, Emmett (Shirley) Talley and Leo Marsh, special family friends, Curtis Reynolds, CJ Bryant, Jasmine Duke, Okalena Harris, Angela Brown and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pete’s memory will be cherished and honored always.
Public viewing for Mr. Jones Arthur (Pete) Perry will be Thursday, November 5, 2020 from 12 noon until 5:00 p.m. at Jordan Funeral Home, 327 Mill Street, Pulaski, Tenn. Graveside service will be Friday, November 6, 2020 beginning 12 noon at Maplewood Cemetery, Pulaski, Tenn. Pastor Victor McGowan, Antioch Baptist Church, Pulaski, TN -Eulogist.
