Dennis Terry Prince, died Tuesday evening, February 9th, 2021, at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville.  He was born on October 20, 1955 in Columbia, Tennessee and was 65 years old.

He was one of the founding members of the Tennessee Southern Railroad.

Visitation will be Friday, February 12, 2021 from 4:00pm – 6:00pm at Bennett-May and Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

The funeral service will be 1:00pm Saturday, February 13, 2021, in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home with Mark Johnson officiating.

Memorial suggestions are asked to go to the Richland Elementary Back Pack Program, 10333 Columbia Hwy, Lynnville, TN 38472.

Survivors include Daughter, Andrea Prince (Ray Keeton) Wells of Pulaski, Tennessee, Son, Matt (Claire) Prince of Eads, Colorado, 8 Grandchildren, 2 Great-grandchildren, Brother Dalford (Mable) Prince of Lawrenceburg, Sister, Margie Mingledorff of North Carolina. Significant other, Judy Frazier Prince of Pulaski, Several nieces and nephews & cousins and other friends also survive.
