Jane Roberts Jenkins, age 82, of Pulaski passed away Saturday morning, February 13th, 2021, at NHC of Pulaski.

Jane was born in Detroit, Michigan on September 28, 1938, but called Paris, Tennessee home until her late 20’s. She married Charles Jenkins on August 15, 1965 and they soon moved to Pulaski. She

was a homemaker, mother, room mother, and active volunteer in her children’s activities. She

had a gift for arranging flowers, and was a member of the Richland Garden and Art Guild. She

later worked for the Giles County School System as a substitute teacher. Jane was an active

member of First United Methodist Church of Pulaski, where she volunteered in children’s

activities, as a Sunday School teacher, and in the Circle of Care, as well as many other



Visitation for Jane Roberts Jenkins will be 3:00pm until 5:00pm Monday, February 22nd, 2021, at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be 11:00am Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021, at the First United Methodist Church in Pulaski with the Rev. Zach Moffatt officiating.

The burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her son John Riley Jenkins along with her parents Herbert Mills and Mildred Phelps Roberts.

She is survived by her:

Husband, Charles Jenkins of Pulaski, Tennessee.

Daughter, Laura Jane Reynolds of Pulaski, Tennessee.

Grandchildren, Olivia Hewgley, Ellie Reynolds, Lucy Reynolds, Graci Hewgley, and Emma Riley Hewgley of Pulaski.

Brother, Kenneth (Mary) Roberts of Paris, Tennessee.

Sister, Bette Crouch of Chicago, Illinois.

Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.
