The Richland High School football team finished with its largest margin of victory in several years Friday with a 44-0 victory over visiting Fayetteville City.   It only took The Raiders one half to accomplish the feat on homecoming as Richland improved to 3-3 on the season and 2-1 in Region 5.

Giles County nearly dug itself out of an 18-point, second-half hole in a 38-30 loss at Franklin County Friday night.   In a matchup versus a talented Class 5A squad, the Bobcats (3-2) were victim of their own mistakes in the first half as they turned the ball over twice.

This Friday night Giles County will host East Nashville at Sam Davis Park with kick off at 7;00. Richland will entertain Eagleville with the kickoff also set for 7:00.
