AN ARREST WARRANT LED TO THREE DRUG ARRESTS THIS WEEKEND IN LAWRENCE COUNTY.  ACCORDING TO REPORTS, DEPUTIES WITH THE LAWRENCE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT RESPONDED TO AN APARTMENT ON BLUFF DRIVE SATURDAY NIGHT AROUND 10:30.  UPON ARRIVAL OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH 27 YEAR OLD CHELSEA PAIGE TOMPKINS OF LAWRENCEBURG, WHOM THEY HAD AN ACTIVE WARRANT FOR PROBATION VIOLATION.  WHILE DETAINING TOMPKINS, A DIGITAL SCALE WAS SEEN NEAR A TV AS ANOTHER FEMALE, LATER IDENTIFIED AS LORRAINE MARIE HARPER, 56, OF LAWRENCEBURG, WAS ATTEMPTING TO GRAB IT.  A MALE SUBJECT IDENTIFIED AS 32 YEAR OLD DAVID MICHAEL ROEMER OF FLORIDA WAS ALSO LOCATED INSIDE THE RESIDENCE IN A ROOM WHERE BAGGIES WERE SEEN LAYING IN A CHAIR.  A SEARCH WARRANT WAS OBTAINED AND A SEARCH OF THE PROPERTY RESULTED IN METH PIPES, MARIJUANA PIPES, NUMEROUS PLASTIC BAGGIES, DIGITAL SCALES, 6.3 GRAMS OF METH,  VARIOUS PILLS AND APPROXIMATELY 795 DOLLARS IN CASH.  A TODDLER WAS AT THE HOME AT THE TIME AND YOUTH SERVICES WAS NOTIFIED.  ALL THREE FACE VARIOUS DRUG CHARGES INCLUDING POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE IV, SIMPLE POSSESSION OF SCHEDULED III, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA  AND CHILD NEGLECT.
