A COLBERT COUNTY MAN WAS CHARGED ON WEDNESDAY WITH FIRST DEGREE THEFT AFTER ALLEGEDLY STEALING AN UNOCCUPIED PARKED CAR FROM SPRING PARK IN TUSCUMBIA.  ACCORDING TO THE TIMES DAILY, BRANDON EDWARD TYLER MUSE, OF MUSCLE SHOALS IS ACCUSED OF TAKING THE CAR MONDAY EVENING AND OF POINTING A GUN AT THE CAR OWNER'S SON WHO ATTEMPTED TO STOP HIM AND ALSO RAN OVER HIS FOOT.  TUSCUMBIA POLICE FOUND THE STOLEN CAR ON VETERAN'S DRIVE WHEN IT RAN OUT OF GAS.  MUSE WAS ARRESTED AT THE SCENE BUT ATTEMPTED TO FLEE.  MUSE IS BEING HELD IN COLBERT COUNTY JAIL ON  75,000 BOND WHICH IS EXPECTED TO BE REVOKED AS MUSE WAS OUT OF JAIL ON A SUSPENDED SENTENCE AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT.
