AN AREA TEEN WAS ARRESTED EARLY THIS WEEK FOR OUTSTANDING WARRANTS.  ACCORDING TO REPORTS, OFFICERS WITH THE LAWRENCEBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT RECEIVED A CALL REGARDING AN UNWANTED SUBJECT AT A RESIDENCE ON SIXTH STREET ON SUNDAY.  THE SUSPECT, IDENTIFIED AS 18 YEAR OLD PRESTON GRAVES, LEFT THE SCENE PRIOR TO POLICE ARRIVAL. THE COMPLAINANT ADVISED GRAVES HAD BEEN COMING TO THE PROPERTY OFF AND ON OVER THE PAST TWO WEEKS UNTIL HE GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT WITH HER SON AT WHICH TIME HE WAS NOT WELCOMED BACK.  OFFICERS ALONG WITH DEPUTIES FROM THE LAWRENCE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT LOCATED GRAVES AT A HOUSE ON CENTRAL STREET IN ETHRIDGE.  GRAVES WAS ARRESTED ON OUTSTANDING WARRANTS AND FACES CHARGES OF AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR, EVADING ARREST, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE II AND III ALONG WITH RECKLESS DRIVING AND VANDALISM.
