A GILES COUNTY MAN WAS ARRESTED OVER THE WEEKEND FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION AFTER ALLEGEDLY YELLING AT CARS AND LAYING IN THE ROADWAY ON FALL RIVER ROAD.  ACCORDING TO REPORTS, A DEPUTY WITH THE LAWRENCE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT WAS DISPATCHED TO THE 2100 BLOCK TO CHECK ON THE INDIVIDUAL. CONTACT WAS MADE WITH THE MALE SUBJECT WHO ADVISED HE DIDN'T KNOW WHERE HE WAS NOR WHAT HIS NAME WAS.  IDENTIFICATION WAS MADE AND THE SUBJECT, 47 YEAR OLD JONATHAN BRADLEY JONES, WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR HIS ERRATIC BEHAVIOR AND FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION.
