A TRAFFIC STOP RESULTED IN A DRUG ARREST LATE LAST WEEK IN WAYNE COUNTY.  ACCORDING TO MEDIA SOURCES, A DEPUTY WITH THE WAYNE COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT STOPPED A VEHICLE FRIDAY FOR A HEADLINE BEING OUT AFTER WHICH THEIR K9 UNIT ALERTED TO THE PASSENGER DOOR OF THE VEHICLE.  A SEARCH YIELDED SEVERAL SYRINGES AND A SMALL PLASTIC BAG CONTAINING METH RESIDUE.  .2 GRAMS OF A CRYSTAL LIKE SUBSTANCE BELIEVED TO METH WAS ALSO FOUND ON THE DRIVER, DAVID BOYCE STULTS, 62, OF COLLINWOOD.  STUTLS WAS ARRESTED AND BOOKED INTO THE WAYNE COUNTY JAIL ON $52,500.00 BOND.
