A LAWRENCE COUNTY MAN IS BEHIND BARS AFTER AN INCIDENT TUESDAY ON STEPHENS STREET IN LAWRENCEBURG.  ACCORDING TO REPORTS OFFICERS WITH THE LAWRENCEBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT ALONG WITH RESPONDERS FROM LAWRENCEBURG FIRE AND LAWRENCE COUNTY EMS RESPONDED TO A REPORT OF A STABBING AROUND 3:30 PM.  UPON ARRIVAL OFFICIALS FOUND TWO SUBJECTS SEPARATED AT TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS, ONE WITH A STAB WOUND.  THE VICTIM WAS TREATED ON THE SCENE AND AFTER SPEAKING WITH BOTH PARTIES INVOLVED AS WELL AS BYSTANDERS, BOBBY GLYN SMITH, 52, OF LAWRENCEBURG, WAS ARRESTED.  SMITH FACES CHARGES OF AGGRAVATED ASSAULT AND AGGRAVATED BURGLARY.  HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE LAWRENCE COUNTY JAIL.
