ALMOST A YEAR AFTER A FATAL TRAFFIC CRASH KILLED A COLLINWOOD MAN, AN ARREST HAS BEEN.  ACCORDING TO MEDIA SOURCES, WILLIAM KEPHART, 57, OF COLLINWOOD, WAS ARRESTED ON SATURDAY AFTER BEING INDICTED BY THE WAYNE COUNTY GRAND JURY ON FRIDAY.  KEPHART WAS CHARGED WITH CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE AFTER THE 18 WHEELER HE WAS DRIVING ON JANUARY 24TH, 2019, LOST IT'S LOAD WHILE HE NEGOTIATED A  RIGHT TURN.  THE LOAD OF CROSS TIES THEN CRASHED DOWN ON A VEHICLE DRIVEN BY ERIC GOUGH, 39, OF COLLINWOOD  WHO WAS KILLED AND PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE.  KEPHART WAS BOOKED INTO THE WAYNE COUNTY JAIL AND RELEASED ON TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLAR BOND.
