A WAYNE COUNTY CHANCERY COURT JUDGE HAS GRANTED A PETITION TO DESIGNATE A BUILDING THAT WAS USED AS A MARIJUANA GROWING OPERATION NEAR THE STATE LINE AS A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND DANGER TO THE COMMUNITY. THE TIMES DAILY REPORTS THE BUILDING IN QUESTION IS THE OLD JOHNNY'S CLUB BUILDING ON TENNESSEE 13 AND THE INJUNCTION THAT WAS ISSUED FRIDAY WILL PREVENT ANYONE FROM ENTERING THE BUILDING UNLESS ALLOWED BY THE COURT. SEVERAL ITEMS REMAIN IN THE BUILDING WHICH IS OWNED BY DEFENDANT DR. STUART GREENBERG, INCLUDING TRACES OF CHEMICALS. GREENBERG FACES SEVERAL DRUG CHARGES ALONG WITH MARK STEVEN DEARMAN AND ALISA LYNN BALENTINE. ARGES IN ALABAMA.
