THE PULASKI BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMAN MET IN REGULAR SESSION TUESDAY. AMONG THE ITEMS DISCUSSED INCLUDE: AN UPDATE FROM P-E-S, STRATEGIC PLANNING GOALS, PARADE PERMITS AND PULASKI - GILES COUNTY GROWTH. IN ADDITION LEADERS VOTED TO MOVE FORWARD WITH AN APPLICATION FOR A USDA RURAL DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY FACILITIES GRANT WHICH IF AWARDED WOULD ASSIST IN THE PURCHASING OF A MOWER AND AN ATV VEHICLE TO SPRAY WEEDS AT THE AIRPORT. THE BOARD ALSO AUTHORISED THE ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS FOR AIRPORT CONSULTANT SERVICES. THE BOARD IS SCHEDULED TO MEET AGAIN IN REGULAR SESSION AGAIN ON FEBRUARY 25TH.
