THE PULASKI BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMAN MET IN REGULAR SESSION TUESDAY. LEADERS APPROVED A PARADE PERMIT FOR THE SUNDROP FESTIVAL WHICH WILL BE HELD ON THE SQUARE JUNE 13TH AND WILL BE REPLACING THE SUMMER SOULSTICE FESTIVAL.  FIVE REQUEST QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL AIRPORT SERVICES WERE OPENED AND THE BOARD AGREED THAT EACH QUALIFICATION REQUIRES A COMMITTEE TO REVIEW. THE BOARD AGREED THE COMMITTEE WOULD INCLUDE THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR ALONG WITH DREW MCMASTER AND RANDY JONES.  A MOTION WAS THEN FILED TO STRIKE A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE PULASKI ELECTRIC SYSTEM TO REFINANCE AN EXISTING DEBT AND AFTER A LENGTHY DISCUSSION THE BOARD AGREED TO PLACE A SPEED BUMP ACROSS THE ROAD IN A CURVE ON WILLIAM WHITWORTH ROAD OFF HIGHWAY 31A.
