THE PULASKI BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMAN MET IN REGULAR SESSION THIS WEEK.  AMONG THE ITEMS DISCUSSED INCLUDED ZONING VIOLATION CONCERNS RELATED TO ACCESSORY STRUCTURES IN RESIDENTIAL FRONT YARDS.  THE BOARD VOTED THAT THIS SHOULD BE DECIDED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CHIEF BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE BOARD ADOPTED A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR LOT 5 DEVELOPMENT TO DOSS BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION AND AUTHORIZED ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR A CAMERA FOR THE SEWER SYSTEM.  A CONTRACT WITH ODYSSEY ADVISERS WAS ALSO APPROVED FOR SERVICES PERTAINING TO THE CITY'S PENSION PLAN.  AN UPDATE WAS GIVEN REGARDING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY BEER PERMIT ORDINANCE WHICH WILL BE DISCUSSED FURTHER AT THE NEXT WORK SESSION ON APRIL 6TH WHERE LEADERS WILL ALSO DISCUSS LIVESTOCK OWNERSHIP AS WELL.
