A WAYNE COUNTY MAN WAS ARRESTED LATE LAST WEEK FOR ALLEGEDLY SELLING LOGS OF TIMBER THAT HE CUT FROM HIS NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY. MEDIA SOURCES REPORT, PHILLIP MICHAEL BEAULAC, 43, OF WAYNESBORO, WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY ON FRIDAY AND CHARGED WITH THEFT OF PROPERTY OVER ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS.  BEAULAC IS ACCUSED OF CUTTING THE LOGS ON OR ABOUT JANUARY 10TH WITHOUT THE PROPERTY OWNER'S KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. HE WAS BOOKED INTO THE WAYNE COUNTY JAIL ON A TEN THOUSAND DOLLAR BOND.
