THE SECOND FIREARM TAKEN FROM A COLBERT COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT VEHICLE EARLIER THIS WEEK HAS BEEN RECOVERED. ACCORDING TO THE TIMES DAILY, THE CRUISER WAS PARKED IN THE COTTONWOOD SUBDIVISION WHEN 19 YEAR OLD BRANDON PRYOR AND A MALE JUVENILE BROKE IN AND TOOK A SEMI-AUTOMATIC M16 RIFLE  AND A SHOTGUN. MUSCLE SHOALS POLICE ASSISTED IN THE QUICK RECOVERY OF THE SHOTGUN ON MONDAY AND SECOND GUN ALONG WITH THE TWO SUSPECTS WERE ARRESTED WEDNESDAY. PRYOR FACES SECOND-DEGREE THEFT OF PROPERTY AND UNLAWFUL BREAKING AND ENTERING A MOTOR VEHICLE CHARGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE THEFT. THE JUVENILE WAS CHARGED WITH SECOND-DEGREE RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY. BOTH COULD FACE ADDITIONAL CHARGES RELATED TO A SERIES OF VEHICLE BURGLARIES IN THE SAME AREA.
