A MARSHALL COUNTY MAN WAS ORDERED TO REPAY THE STATE MORE THAN $22,000 DOLLARS IN A CASE WHERE HE WAS CHARGED WITH TENNCARE FRAUD. ACCORDING TO A PRESS RELEASE, DAVID TUCKER, 56, WAS SENTENCED LATE LAST WEEK IN MARSHALL COUNTY, WHERE HE WAS ACCUSED OF ENROLLING IN TENNCARE BY FALSELY REPORTING HIS INCOME. TUCKER WAS ARRESTED IN NOVEMBER OF LAST YEAR, AND CHARGED WITH TENNCARE FRAUD AND THEFT OF PROPERTY OVER $10,000 DOLLARS. THE CASE WAS PROSECUTED BY ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY GENERAL WILLIAM B. BOTTOMS.
